WELCOME TO THE PRACTICE
This website has been designed to tell you about the practice and the services that we offer. Please read it carefully. We trust that you will find it helpful and informative.
Southborough Lane Surgery was established on this site in 1935. The practice primary care team consists of six partner GPs, one salaried GP, a managing partner, four practice nurses and a healthcare assistant. We also have 16 administrative, reception and secretarial staff plus attached community staff.
If you require urgent medical attention out of normal hours, please telephone EMDOC on 020 8676 3263.
We operate a triage system by which we arrange appropriate advice, appointments or emergency treatment for urgent problems. Patients have the right to a same day assessment if clinically indicated. Please telephone the surgery and ask to speak to the Duty Doctor.
We are looking to recruit a panel of patients who will work with the Surgery via email to improve services and consider how we deliver primary healthcare. If you would like to be a part of this panel please collect an application form from Reception.
Christmas closing times: We will close at 6.30pm on 23.12 and reopen at 8.00am on Wednesday, 28.12.
