Extended Hours

Routine appointments are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays until 8.00pm and on the first and third Saturday of each month between 9.00 and 11.00am.

Night and Weekend Calls

Out-of-hours service is provided by EMDOC which is commissioned by Healthcare. If you require urgent attention outside normal hours please telephone EMDOC on 020 8676 3263. An experienced GP is available to give telephone advice. You may be invited to attend the consulting rooms (a primary care-led clinic) at the hospital. If it is decided that a home visit is required a healthcare professional will attend in a specially-equipped vehicle. Details of all contacts with EMDOC are forwarded to your GP the following day.

Walk-in Services

There are urgent care centres at the Beckenham Beacon and the Princess Royal in Farnborough; these facilities are open seven days a week from 8.00am to 8.00pm.

In a life-threatening emergency you should dial 999 and ask for an ambulance.

DISABLED ACCESS

Wheelchair access is available at the front entrance. Patients who consult a doctor upstairs and who are unable to use the stairs will be seen on the ground floor. If this needs to be arranged please mention it when booking your appointment and at reception when you arrive for your appointment.
